I've always wanted to try one of the square clubs. I played with someone that hit the Nike Sasquatch driver. I couldn't try it cos I'm a lefty but he couldn't hit it well at all. It sounded like he was hitting with a coke can! It was so loud too. I wasn't impressed with it. Thanks for the info.

Just make sure when visiting these bodybuilding forums, they are golf specific as bodybuilding type training can kill your golf swing.

Repetative sports injuries can be prevented with proper sport specific preparation involving sport specific strength and flexibility conditioning. 50% or more of all golfing injuries could have been prevented if golfers took more of a preventative approach.

I would like to post the following story:

Tiger’s caddy, Steve Williams, joined his kiwi mates in New York yesterday (just hours after Tiger won the season ending TOUR Championship). Why the quick stop in NY?

Speight’s, New Zealand’s famous beer, sent five Kiwi’s on a boat from NZ to London (three months at sea!) to bring a Speight’s pub to London. It’s a great, long story yet true – check out the details at www.speights.co.nz. And since the boat stopped in NY for 48 hours, Stevie wanted to join up and hang with his mates for the day. They spent the morning at the Empire States Building, then took in a golf lesson at Randall’s Island in the City and finally then off to the Yankees game last night.

Just a classic idea. As they say in NZ, kiwi-genius.

Please have another look at rule 24. if your ball is in a trash can , and you can move it then you must drop a ball not place it as close as possible to the spot where it lay when it was in the trash can. If you can't move the trash can it is considered an immovable obstruction and you take relief by finding the nearest point of relief plus a club length and then dropping your ball according to rule 20. If the ball is not retrievable then you can use another ball.
Make the rules as simple as possible but lets be correct.
This site has great potential to help the new golfer. Also, here are 2 sites your readers might like to visit www.usga.org and www.rcga.org they have some video's and animations that the new golfer may appreciate

Re ball in trash can.If the trash can is a movable obstruction then you may remove it, if your ball is difficult to retrieve you can substitute another ball. Once you retrieve/substitute your ball then you must drop "not" place the ball as near as possible to where the ball lay when it was in the trash if through the green.

If the trash can is immovable, then you get relief by determining the nearest point of relief plus 1 club length no nearer the hole and you drop the retrieved ball or the substituted ball. please review r 24 and 20.

I think this site is a great idea and could be a real help to golfers not familiar with the rules.
